My general experience with wordvice has been good, but a recent essay review changed my mind. I originally requested for the editor to shorten my word count - she did. However, this was done to an extent where some of the expressions do not even make sense anymore. This happened throughout the entire essay, and I'm very disappointed because this is an important paper I have to hand in.
