My editors gave me nice comments and provided grammar corrections but one of the end products still had grammar issues that even I found obvious. The flow of the paper was also not improved. I ended up editing the paper myself and asking someone else to review it. Overall, I would still use this service but note to check it before submitting.

It was pretty standard. I would've liked some insight on the transition between paragraphs and on how to end properly. The grammatical check and ambiguity reduction was great but that can be done using grammarly.

Jana did a fantastic job editing! She made effective suggestions that polished my essay, while still keeping my overall voice and feel the same. I also asked to reduce my word count down to 650, which she did precisely, without ruining the flow or message of the essay.
