Usually seen in patients who are<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> [\ud658\uc790\uc758 \uc778\uad6c\ud559\uc801 \ud2b9\uc9d5]<\/span>,<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> [\uc9c8\ubcd1]<\/span> presentation in <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">[\ud658\uc790\uc758 \ud2b9\uc815 \ubc94\uc8fc]<\/span> is rare. Symptoms at presentation depend on<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> [\uc2e0\uccb4\uc758 \ubd80\uc704\/\ud658\uc790\uc758 \ud658\uacbd]<\/span>. Patients with <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">[\uc9c8\ubcd1\/\uc7a5\uc560]<\/span> may present with<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> [\uc8fc\uc694 \uc99d\uc0c1]<\/span>. We herein report a rare presentation of<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> [\uc9c8\ubcd1\/\uc7a5\uc560]<\/span> in a <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">[\ud658\uc790 \ud2b9\uc9d5\u2014\uc5f0\ub839\/\uc131\ubcc4\/\uc778\uc885\/\ub4f1]<\/span> who suffered from <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">[\ud574\ub2f9 \uc99d\uc0c1 \ub610\ub294 \ub3d9\ubc18\ub41c \uc9c8\ubcd1]<\/span>. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">[\uc9c4\ub2e8\/\ud14c\uc2a4\ud2b8]<\/span> revealed<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> [\ud14c\uc2a4\ud2b8 \uacb0\uacfc\/\ud569\ubcd1\uc99d]<\/span>. The patient underwent <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">[\uc218\uc220\/\uce58\ub8cc\ubc95]<\/span> and was given <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">[\uc57d\ubb3c\/\uc0bd\uad00\/\ub4f1.]<\/span>. Recovery was <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">[\uacbd\uacfc\uc5d0 \ub300\ud55c \uc124\uba85]<\/span>.
